Before everyone starts, Yes we added a donate button but seriously if you don't want to donate please by all means don't . The only reason i even considered putting it up was because last month i couldn't even afford to pay the internet bill let alone the website costs . Sony Computer Entertainment today released Firmware Version 2.01 obviously to counter act the downgrade from 2.0. Now instead of giving something usefull in the upgrade they have just fixed the buffer overflow caused by the tiff image. Thankyou Sony but id'e rather have homebrew. Discuss this in our forums HERE.

For those of you who are not aware, DJSlick has released an altered version of PSP Air Hockey for the PSP, named Marvin Hockey. Here is what he had to say: Changes to collission detection, demo mode, marvin the martian theme, and better AI engine (Easy, Normal, Difficult)... easy being the original AI with .02 version. Today Unrestricted saw that all our wallpapers for psp were in the wrong format and were'nt bmp's this was to do with an old way we made the site. This has now been fixed so all you have to do is save pic as then rename to the correct date eg: jan is 01.bmp and dec is 12.bmp sorry for any inconvenience. Discuss this in our forums HERE.

Rockstar announced yesterday that their upcoming PSP opus Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories will feature Wi-Fi multiplayer for up to 6 players. Seven modes will be available, but only two have been revealed so far; Liberty City Survivor, a basic deathmatch style game and Protection Racket, which splits players into teams which must protect (or destroy) a number of different limousines at bases somewhere in the city. In terms of actual gameplay, the multiplayer modes are said to be identical to the single player game, but with more vehicles available up front, over 60 different skins for your players, and a bunch of power ups to make things interesting. Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories is set for release on October 24 for North America and October 28th in Australia , Newzealand and Europe. Sony Computer Entertainment today have said that they will be releasing a new firmware update very soon to remedy the Buffer Overflow that was apparent in the 2.0 firmware, They also went on to say that they are not actively targeting the people behind the downgrade or any other homebrew but do advise not running these programs as it will void you warrenty,What this means is that they caught wind of the downgrade and shat themself, lets hope they leave some stones unturned once again(come on MPH we beleive in you perhaps a mp3 overflow). It now seems that Yoshiro(former wab member) has now claimed that he had a big part to do with this downgrade, However MPH has come out and said that yoshiro did do some beta testing for him but never actually coded anything. Thanks to MPH this is now a reality, If you have a 1.5x or 2.0 version firmware PSP you can now enjoy all the "awesomeness" of homebrew software and to get you started there is a vast range of emulators and apps in our downloads section. The Downgrade Will Be available for download later tonight in the usual section, all you have to do is put the files on your memstick in the apropreiate folders then go to you photo folder on your psp and BOOYAH! (a more detailed readme will be available with the downgrade). Psp addict would like to thank all coders especially MPH for their work towards this giant step for the community. We waited , we sung songs of the lord and still no site. But today at 9am Rockstar Leads made their new website active for all to see, Thats right people www.libertycitystories.com went live. There is new screenshots available and most of all a trailor is now on the site. We will have the trailor here for your psp soon. Whilst i was looking at the video i noticed that this does not even look like a psp game it looks like it's a fully fledged ps2 console version. I was on a.b.s.psp today and I found a video called phoenix_said_fuck_you_the_real_downgrader_here he basically rips on Yoshi and then shows us one of the most legitamate videos I have seen of a downgrader in action. One fishy thing is that the time seems to go from :06 to :09 in less than a minute but its kinda hard to make out the clock. The weird thing is that he does something in the photo settings to downgrade... ? I am so confused but I thought you guys might like to see it so here it is. HERE Thanks
